Riba-roja de Túria, Valencia

In the historic centre.

Riba-roja de Túria: the old town, Metro Line 9 to central Valencia, and twelve minutes from the airport. The building stands here, in the heart of it.

Cutaway illustration of El Fortín: rooftop pool terrace, apartments on each floor, central stair, and street-level parking.
Cutaway of the building

We run a rental programme, not ten separate lets.

The mix moves between long leases, mid-term stays, and short stays as demand shifts. We set it. Riba-roja is a busy logistics hub, and its industrial parks keep mid-term demand steady.

Assumed rents are from the project workbook, before fees and costs. Short-stay uses 65% occupancy. Not a promise.

You take title. Rent is pooled.

You buy one or more of the apartments. Each one is registered in your name, and you are free to sell it on the open market whenever you choose.

Rent from all ten apartments is pooled and paid out in proportion to the value of each one. A vacant month in one apartment does not appear on your statement.

If the yearly return falls short of 4%, the company pays the difference.

Here to stay.

I'm Uriel Nabel. I live in Riba-roja de Túria with my wife and our two children, and I'm the person behind El Fortín.

In 2025 we restored in Puzol. That project is complete.

I have put my own money into this building, and I brought in the team that is doing the work:

I remain the operator after you take title.
